Younis Al Dawoodi is a distinguished hotelier and Vice President of Business Strategy - Hospitality at AMD Real Estate LLC, a position he has held since July 2024. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, Younis brings a wealth of expertise to his role, where he leads strategic initiatives that are shaping the future of the organization in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). His responsibilities include driving business development, building strong client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and guiding strategic decision-making.
Before joining AMD Real Estate, Younis served as the Head of Hospitality at FAM HOLDING P.S.C., where he spearheaded the development of a portfolio of luxury hotels across the UAE, Africa, and the Maldives, representing a total investment of 7 billion AED. His career also includes significant roles as Country Manager at Kerten Hospitality and General Manager for various innovative hotel concepts, showcasing his ability to manage large-scale projects and lead high-performing teams.
Younis's educational background is equally impressive, with an MBA from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Hotel and Resort Management from the University of New Hampshire. His academic achievements complement his professional experience, providing him with a solid foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the hospitality and real estate industries.
